• Diagnosing hardware and software problems • Installing and setting up copier machines . Good Attitude and Attendance . Able to work in a Team . Able to handle technical field and jobs . Able to Repair and troubleshoot copier machine in customer environment • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and technical issues (paper jam, toner, scanning, printing errors, etc.) • Performing preventive maintenance and cleaning • Testing machines after repair • Updating firmware and machine settings • Maintaining service records and reports • Providing basic user training to customers • Attend daily customer service calls at Client's office. • Carry out routine preventive maintenance and inspections for customers. • Communicate with customers in a professional manner and ensure service satisfaction
