Job Details
Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, including split units, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, cooling, refrigerant, and compressor faults. Conduct servicing, refrigerant charging/recovery, leak testing, and system performance checks. Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance records. Assist with HVAC installation, upgrading, testing, and commissioning. Coordinate with vendors/contractors for major repairs. Ensure compliance with safety policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements. Respond to breakdowns and support shift, standby, and overtime duties when required. Requirements & Qualifications Certificate/Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
