We are looking for a reliable and skilled Technician to join our Property Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair and regular maintenance of building facilities and technical systems at the assigned property. **Job Responsibilities:** * Carry out regular maintenance, inspection and repair of building facilities and equipment. * Maintain basic electrical, lighting, plumbing, pumps and M&E systems. * Troubleshoot and attend to technical issues and maintenance requests. * Perform basic handyman works such as minor repairs, replacement and general building maintenance. * Conduct regular inspections and identify faults or potential problems. * Assist and coordinate with contractors for servicing and repair works. * Respond to urgent breakdowns when required. * Maintain records of maintenance and repair works. * Ensure tools, equipment and facilities are kept in safe working conditi
