Role Description 1. The Factory Site Supervisor cum Marketing role is an on-site position based in Batu Kawan. 2. This role combines human resources responsibilities with daily site supervision, ensuring that HR policies are implemented effectively while site operations run smoothly. 3. Day-to-day tasks include supporting recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and handling employee relations matters. 4. The role also involves supervising site activities, monitoring attendance, enforcing safety and workplace rules, and acting as a point of contact between management and staff. 5.
