Job Requirements - Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in the food manufacturing industry. - Experience in supervising production workers and daily production activities. - Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, GMP and 5S practices. - Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. - Able to monitor production output, product quality and work schedules. - Responsible, punctual, disciplined and able to work under pressure.
